User Profile
The User Profile area of Solidrock allows users to view and manage their personal details, configure security settings, view and manage their bookings, manage groups they may lead or coordinate and view any team member applications they may have submitted.
My Details
This page allows a Solidrock user to view and edit their personal details, including name, email address, date of birth, contact number and postal address.
Security Settings
This page allows a Solidrock user to manage their security settings, including changing their password and setting up two-factor authentication for added security.
Notification Preferences
Specifically for event organisers, this page allows users to manage their notification preferences for receiving updates and alerts about their events such as for new bookings, watchlist matches, new group registrations and more.
My Bookings
This page allows a Solidrock user to view and manage their bookings for events. Users can view the details of their bookings, including the event name, date, location, ticket and extras selected and more. If enabled by an event a lead booker may also edit ticket details, pay instalments, and download tickets or digital wallet ticket passes for their completed bookings.
My Groups
For Group Coordinators, this area will allow them to view the details of the groups they coordinate, including the the ticket and extras confirmed and assigned to their groups per event.
My Team Member Applications
For users that have submitted team member applications, this page allows them to view the status of their applications.
Teams I Lead
For users that are team leaders, this page allows them to view the details of the teams they lead, including the members and status of their team members.
