Organisations

Organisation Name

The organisation name is shown in multiple places across the Solidrock Booking System but primarily within the frontend booking experience for delegates. They will see this within the event summary cards if your event is set to public, on the event landing page and within email communications (such as invoices and receipts) regarding your event.

Slug

The organisation slug is what appears in the unique Solidrock URL for your organisation and events. Typically, the organisation slug would be similar to the name, such that it would predominantly contain alphanumeric characters and hyphens. By way of example if the organisation slug was set to mega-events, the frontend landing page for the organisation would be reachable at https://events.solidrock.io/mega-event which would list out all future, public events.

WARNING

Once a slug has been set for an organisation it can only be changed by contacting Solidrock support.

Description

This description is shown on the frontend landing page for the organisation.

Organisation Website

A link to the organisation's website will be shown on the frontend landing page as well as event landing pages related to this organisation.

Office Email Address

The email address will be available on the frontend for event delegates to use for event support. Solidrock will also use the email address for account and billing communications.

Office Telephone Number

This is not made available to event delegates and is only used by Solidrock for account communications.

Office Address

This is not made available to event delegates and is only used by Solidrock for account communications.

Logo

The logo will be made visible on the frontend within the organisation and event pages. The logo will also be shown within event email communications coming from Solidrock.

Logo image files can be in the format SVG, PNG, JPG or GIF. They must be no larger than 2MB in filesize.

TIP

Uploading an SVG image is often the best option as this vector file type will always display sharp and clear across all web browsers and device types.

Profile Image

The profile image will be made visible on the frontend when a delegate is shown the option to register an account or login from an event landing page.

The image can be in the format JPG, PNG or GIF. They must be no larger than 8MB in filesize or 4,000px by 4,000px.

TIP

A 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio image will display best and require less automated cropping by Solidrock.
