Receipt Email Organiser Text

Alongside all the standard order receipt information (such as a summary of the order tickets and extras purchased and total amounts paid or due) you can use this field to provide some custom information from you the event organiser.

This could be a thank-you message or links to your social media and website for more information.

Receipt Email Card Payment Text

Use this field to provide some custom text on the receipt email specifically to those who have paid by card.

Receipt Email BACs Payment Text

Use this field to provide some custom text on the receipt email specifically to those who have opted to pay by bank transfer (BACs). You may for example want to outline that the bank transfer description should contain the Solidrock order reference to enable you to easily match up the money in your account with the right order in Solidrock.

Send Unassigned Ticket Reminder Email?

If enabled Solidrock will automatically send an email reminder notification to any lead booker who has one or more unassigned tickets (the ticket doesn't have all required form data filled in) within their booking(s) one week before the order edit cut-off date.

You also have the option to 'Send Remainder Emails Now', which will trigger the sending of this email immediately to any lead booker with unassigned tickets within their booking(s) regardless of how far away the order edit cut-off date is. This is useful if you have just enabled this setting and want to send out the reminder email to any existing bookings with unassigned tickets.

Order Item Expiry Reminder Email

If enabled, an email will be sent to any Lead Bookers who have an item in their unpaid order which will expire within a week from the email being sent.

You also have the option to 'Send Remainder Emails Now', which will trigger the sending of this email immediately to any lead booker with an unpaid order item that is due to expire within a week from now. This is useful if you have a price break deadline within the week ahead.

Automatically Send Digital Tickets?

If enabled Solidrock will automatically send out the digital tickets as a PDF and as digital event passes for Apple and Google wallets to all lead bookers for their completed bookings on the date specified in the Digital Ticket Delivery Date field. For any bookings that are completed after this date they will immediately receive their tickets on completion and full payment of the order.

Digital Ticket Delivery Date

This is the date when all the digital tickets for paid orders will be sent out to the Lead Bookers in bulk. Any orders that are paid after this date will automatically receive their tickets once the order is set as paid.
