Order Tickets

Order Tickets are the tickets that are created when a booking is made for an event and ticket options are selected. They represent the individual tickets for specific delegates or team members that have been purchased, includging any custom or personal information requested at the time of booking. Order Tickets are used to manage and track the tickets that have been sold for an event, and can be used to generate reports and insights on ticket sales and attendance. They are also used to manage the check-in process for events, as they contain all the necessary information about the ticket holder.

Group Assignment

If your event uses groups, Order Tickets can be assigned to a specific group. This allows you to manage and track the tickets for each group separately, and can be used to generate reports and insights on ticket sales and attendance for each group. Group assignment can be done manually by the event organiser or automatically based on the group selection made by a lead booker at the time of booking.

Place Assignment

If your event uses places, Order Tickets can be assigned to a specific place. If you have places assigned at the group level, then an order ticket will inherit the place specified for the group they are a part of, otherwise the ticket can be assigned a place individually.

Flagging Order Tickets

Order Tickets can be flagged for a variety of reasons, such as if there is an issue with the ticket or if it needs to be reviewed by the event organiser. Flagging an Order Ticket allows you to easily identify and manage any tickets that require attention. If your event uses the watchlist feature, any tickets identified by the watchlist will be automatically flagged for review by the event organiser.

Event Pass Assignment

If your event uses event passes, such as wristbands or lanyards, Order Tickets can be assigned to them if they are unique per delegate using an ID, Barcode or QR Code. This allows you to manage delegates during your event via the event pass. For example, you can use the event pass to check in delegates at the event, and the Order Ticket will be used to track their attendance and any other relevant information.

Check In and Check Out

Order Tickets are used to manage the check-in and check-out process for events. When a delegate arrives at the event, their Order Ticket can be scanned or checked manually to confirm their attendance. This allows you to track who has checked in and who has not, and can be used to generate reports and insights on attendance for your event.

At Event Comments

Order Tickets can have comments added to them by event organisers or staff during the event. This allows you to keep track of any relevant information about the ticket holder, such as special requirements or issues that may arise during the event. These comments can be viewed and managed in the Order Ticket details, and can be used to provide better service to your delegates during and post event.

Comments can be categorised in one of 3 categories:

  • General Comments: These are comments that are relevant to the ticket holder in general, and may include information such as special requirements, preferences or any other relevant information that may be useful for managing the delegate during the event.
  • Private Comments: These are comments that are only visible to event organisers and staff, and may include sensitive information about the ticket holder that should not be shared with others.
  • Medical Comments: These are comments that are relevant to the medical needs of the ticket holder, and may include information such as allergies, medical conditions or any other relevant information that may be useful for managing the delegate during the event. Medical comments are only visible to event organisers and staff with the appropriate permissions, and should be used to ensure the safety and well-being of your delegates during your event.

Event Organisers and Front of House Admins can add and read all at event comments.

Front of House Users must be given explicit permission to view and write general, private and medical comments. This allows you to control who can access sensitive information about your delegates, while still allowing your Front of House team to provide the best possible service to your delegates during your event.
